We are unable to quote a delivery charge online for orders over
29kg, therefore your order will be completed showing £0.00 delivery
charge. Our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours to
advise of the delivery charge before the order is dispatched.
Worldwide Delivery
We offer worldwide delivery on a wide selection of our online merchandise.
Most products on the website are exportable.
UK VAT is not charged on merchandise dispatched to non-EU countries. The
total deduction will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Delivery charges are based on calculated volumetric weight and delivery destination
and will be quoted during the checkout process prior to your order being
charged.
Please allow 14 days for delivery.

Delivery Insurance
UK CHINA DIRECT cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of orders in delivery. The Royal Mail are held responsible and we will make a claim for compensation for loss and if special delivery is paid for we will claim for damages for replacement.
UK CHINA DIRECT - Insurance Premium
UK CHINA DIRECT believes the best insurance is in the packing of consignments. The more packing provided will only improve reducing the risk of damage. Our insurance premium will cover damage to goods (£1 per £10 of piece value)
Peak periods in demands for our service is the Christmas period
UK CHINA DIRECT cannot guarantee delivery times during this period. Special Delivery maybe the only option for periods between the 1st and 20th December.
