process your orders this reserves your item/s required before other customers

over our stock availability. Email, Postal & Telephone orders may

OUR SHOPPING CART - The main function and purpose of
our shopping cart, is to provide customers information access to our stock
availablity and each product detail and price. Prices published are recommended
retail prices set by Aynsley. Our shopping cart is fully automated through
to payment but we advise that you wait for confirmation before payment
is made. Adjustments for variations in delivery charges or special promotions
we may need to adjust.
We do have on going promotions on a weekly or monthly basis which may
from time to time not show via our shopping cart. However, we will confirm
your order before processing payments.
Delivery and packing charges are currently estimated we will confirm
a delivery quotation for UK or International orders.
We are currently manually processing each order placed via our shopping

OUT OF STOCK - will show a no shopping cart button next
to the individual item. It maybe advisable to special order or place you
on our reserve waiting list for these items. Some items sell as soon as
we list. Use our contact us link so that we can deal with your individual
requirements.
SPECIAL ORDER - We do not normally stock large quanities
of one piece, therefore we recommend that you request a special order
if we have not listed the piece you are looking for or if the listing
is out of stock.
DELIVERY - We do not profit from the Royal Mail delivery
services. We charge you the same rates as the Royal Mail charge us. For
large orders over £200 we offer free delivery.
